Greek Salad
Ingredients:
2 medium-sized cucumbers, chopped
3 medium-sized tomatoes, chopped
1 small red onion, sliced thinly
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, and sliced red onions.
Add the crumbled feta cheese and pitted Kalamata olives to the bowl.
Drizzle the extra-virgin olive oil and fresh lemon juice over the salad.
Toss everything together until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
